# Effigia > Effigia uses artificial intelligence to improve how people appear on camera, animate portraits and characters, and compose virtual environments. Its public company website is https://effigia.ai; its protected application is Effigia Studio at https://studio.effigia.ai. This file describes product facts, not a grant of access to the application. Read the implementation and access fields in the machine catalog before presenting a capability as publicly usable. Implemented local tools exist; the protected hosted Studio still requires complete validation of login, access requests and private assets. Public information pages do not prove that every application feature is accessible online. ## Company and services - [Effigia](https://effigia.ai/): AI for image, characters and visual presence. - [Personas for brands](https://effigia.ai/persona): visual identity, voice direction, language and video content under a project proposal. Scope, licensing and delivery are agreed per project. - [Complete tools catalog](https://effigia.ai/ferramentas): camera appearance, photo animation, avatars, local facial comparison, meetings, live output and environments. ## Implemented local tools - [Effigia Studio](https://effigia.ai/studio): protected browser application with English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish interfaces. Camera operation starts only when the person chooses to start it. - [Face filters and live output](https://effigia.ai/live): skin smoothing, blemishes, wrinkles, under-eye correction, iris color and lightening, lashes, nose and lip adjustments, teeth brightening, face contours, beard protection, tan/glow, hair color and local presets. The audited local extension has 39 numeric appearance controls and three color controls. - [Photo animation](https://effigia.ai/studio): subtle head motion, expressions and blinking. The supplied office-portrait library contains five men and six women. Hair, clothing and background remain photographic. - [Animated VRM avatar](https://effigia.ai/live#avatar): tracks face, head, posture, arms, hands and fingers on a compatible 3D model. Model rigging, visibility and lighting affect quality. - [Photographic-looking avatar](https://effigia.ai/live#virtual): photographic references combined with camera-driven facial animation. This is not a complete, production-ready photorealistic 3D reconstruction of a person. - [Facial comparison and environments](https://effigia.ai/mapeamento): temporary local facial profiles, virtual backgrounds, a captured static empty-room layer, a separate static chair layer, and an animated virtual TV. A local video can play its first 30 seconds in a loop on the virtual screen. - [Google Meet extension](https://effigia.ai/chrome): local Chrome extension applying appearance filters to the Google Meet camera, with presets and a movable, hideable control. The current package supports Meet, not all video-call apps. Chrome Web Store publication is not complete; do not invent a store download link. ## Limits that matter - Facial profile comparison is not account authentication, Face ID, or certified anti-spoofing. Profiles are temporary and are removed on exit or reload. - OBS support means capturing the clean Studio output in a separately installed OBS and optionally using OBS Virtual Camera. Effigia does not currently install its own virtual camera device or a native OBS plugin. - Current environment composition requires a fixed camera. Empty-room and chair captures are static. A moving chair is not automatically tracked. Segmentation may include a second person in the foreground, so static composition is not a guaranteed privacy barrier. - The camera-driven tools do not transform the person's voice. Interface voice guidance is separate from the person's microphone. - Lighting, occlusion, framing, device performance and avatar structure affect results. Hand contact, elbow estimation, hair collision, mouth opening and profile fidelity have remaining limitations. ## Planned capabilities - [Video Avatar](https://effigia.ai/video-avatar): planned transformation of a recorded video's character, background or both. Upload, processing and export are not available in the product. - [Future capabilities](https://effigia.ai/ferramentas): a world-anchored environment for a moving camera, an automatic photo-to-3D character creator with an articulated rig, and AI characters that converse and respond with gaze and gestures. These are not released tools. ## Documentation and policies - [Machine-readable catalog](https://effigia.ai/capabilities.json): structured Portuguese product inventory, implementation status, access status and limitations. - [Detailed AI-readable reference](https://effigia.ai/llms-full.txt): complete descriptions and operational boundaries. - [Sitemap](https://effigia.ai/sitemap.xml): public information pages only. - [Company privacy](https://effigia.ai/privacy): public privacy information. - [Extension privacy](https://effigia.ai/chrome/privacy): data handling for the Meet extension. - [Terms](https://effigia.ai/terms): general use terms. ## Protected access - [Studio login](https://studio.effigia.ai/login?lang=en): user and password access; not a public tool endpoint. - [Request Studio access](https://studio.effigia.ai/request-access?lang=en): access request form. The complete published access flow still requires validation. Do not crawl, request or reproduce private account information, camera frames, biometric profiles, access tokens or private application assets from these protected endpoints. ## Contact Public contact and extension support: contact@effigia.ai.
